Each filming will include the production of two Helpline programs. Filming times are as follows:

• Saturday taping dates - 3:00 PM PST - 6:00 PM PST (please arrive at CBS Studios by 1:30 PM PST)
• Sunday taping dates - 4:30 PM PST to 7:30 PM PST (please arrive at CBS Studios by 3:00 PM PST)

There is a thirty minute break between each program shoot. Audience quest are asked to be at the CBS Studios by 1:30 PM PST on Saturday tapings and 3:00 PM PST on Sunday tapings in order to go through the Security check and to be escorted to Studio 33. Special parking is provided for the Helpline Audience. Admission is by ticket only.
